Strains :
Purple B...ubba
https://i.imgur.com/fhuhn6T.jpg
Another great strain that I haven’t had since one of my very first MoM orders. Round, purple buds, that are very sticky and greasy with a tight trim. Some smaller nugs as well but nothing substantial given the density and weight. They are quite caked and covered in bulbous trichome heads as well.
The smell and taste both have that classic bubba profile with some added sweet terps from the purple kush. Earthy and kushy with musky grape undertones and a nose stinging gassyness. Pretty smooth through a bong and joint, burning a light grey ash, and production a thick, heavy smoke.
Gives me quite a heaviness around the eyes followed by a deep and relaxing body buzz. One bong hit too many and I can see myself dozing off with ease as death bubba usually always is effective for me. Probably my favorite in the order and reminded me of a really retro smoke from the early 2000’s.
Red Congo
https://i.imgur.com/Z3s6XNC.jpg
I’ve never had a red Congo that was so caked and frosty. Actually looks like these nugs could have been dipped in container of sugar. Slightly dense and well manicured, with subtle purple hues and tiny orange hairs. Sticky too as it clumps up the grinder with ease.
The terpene profile is not as pronounced as some of the red congos I’ve had, but the similarities are still there. Complex notes of spicy earth with herbal and nutty undertones. Virtually the same on exhale with a nutty and herbal flavor that lingers on the pallet. Very smooth on the lungs as well as clean burning, leaving behind a light grey ash.
A strong high that is quick hitting and potent, producing a surging, but focused head buzz right after the first bong hit. Not really a strain to sit around and relax to as it implements a need to get things done. Might be a little racey if you aren’t used to this type of sativa also so probably not the best for naturally anxious people.
Death Tuna
https://i.imgur.com/lH2fRaw.jpg
Another hard hitting and potent smoke like most Tuna strains, only this one packs an even stronger indica punch because of it’s Death Bubba parentage. Buds are sticky and greasy and cling to each other with very little effort. Looks like every death tuna I’ve had, having purple hues and sharp orange hairs. Not the biggest nor prettiest of nugs as they came on the smaller side with a bit of leaf.
The nose on this stuff is very pungent and dank as it fills up the room effortlessy. Just straight gas with deep diesel notes that produce a thick and hard hitting smoke, albeit smooth. Very flavorful as well with gassy and diesel tones accented by an almost sweet tinge.
A very potent and effective smoke that is a real heavy hitter. It kicks in instantly after the initial exhale and starts off with the heavy, droopy eyes and a bit of a head buzz. Eventually becomes a full on couch lock with sedating effects. A couple bowls of this and I can say good bye to any plans I made unless it involves sleep.
Organic Purple Cotton Candy
https://i.imgur.com/xJpReKj.jpg
Very impressive bag appeal on this strain, with vibrant shades of purples and light greens. Many winding orange hairs throughout, covered by a healthy blanket of trichomes. Decent trim as well, with a few sugar leaves here and there. The buds were more on the fluffy side but not loose, with a sticky to the touch texture when broken up by hand.
A cross between Grand Daddy Purple and Cotton Candy Kush, with a profile that definitely resembles both parents. Aromas and flavours of sweet grapes but more like grape candy rather than the actual fruit. Also some herbal undertones with traces of lavender that can be tasted more so in a joint vs bong. Bit of a throat tickling smoke but not harsh, with a light grey ash.
Not a knockout or heavy indica at all, but instead a very relaxing and euphoric one, with a body buzz that’s felt in the extremities mostly. Allows the mind to relax after a long day but still leaves one clear headed enough to stay awake. Great afternoon or evening smoke and can be compared to a dessert strain like gelato.
Holy Grail
https://i.imgur.com/4nc74as.jpg
I’ve only had this strain a couple of times and it’s always been a memorable smoke. Both for the high and the aroma/flavour profile. These buds didn’t look like much upon first glance but they are very sticky and resinous, with dark green and subtle purple hues throughout. Decent trim as well with very minimal sugar leaf.
The aroma is a very pungent mix of spices, herbs, and earth, with lingering notes of sharp gas. Really awesome smell that I can really enjoy after all the sweet and fruity strains I’ve had lately. Translates flawlessly to flavour and packs a lung punching but smooth smoke, with a very light coloured ash.
One of the most relaxing and mellow strains I’ve smoked as of late. Definitely indica leaning with it’s calming and couch locking effects but not a sedating and go straight to bed type. Just an all around body and mind, soothing type high, that lasted a decent amount of time and a noticeable appetite for munchies.
Zombie Kush
https://i.imgur.com/gxepx9B.jpg
This strain is very popular amongst my friends and we all agree this one was some amazing Zombie kush. Right out of the bag these plump, dense, light green buds have a great appearance and appeal. With little clusters of orange hairs and a blanket of frost. Decent trim as well with virtually no leaf.
The smell is really sweet and creamy with a berry type fruityness. Amazing aroma that gets better upon prying open the sticky buds. The taste is also creamy and dank with hints of gas and sweet fruit on the exhale. It’s such a smooth and satisfying smoke that tastes great all the way through the joint and burns a light coloured ash.
Despite sometimes being a really sedating strain, I found this one to be more of a hybrid with indica leaning effects. Instant wave of relaxation after the first few puffs and you feel that heaviness of the eyes set in but it wasn’t a smoke that made me too tired. Instead it was a tingly body stone that settled into a minor but not sedating couch lock.

This MAC from True Craft Cannabis is organically grown in house, as is all their flower, and is a lovely example of the strain in every way. Starting with the appearance and texture of the frosty buds, which are finely cured and sport an olive green colour. Also some purple hues throughout, with long, tan hairs. Ideal moisture level, with a sticky but not damp texture. The type of flower that is easy to roll as it forms and sticks to the paper.
A very aromatic flower and the terpene profile of this MAC is quite complex and offers so many different aromas every time you go in for a sniff. At first it gives off a rich and floral scent, almost like a rose. Then it becomes sweet and sour like, with citrus subtleties, and hints of gas and earth. Translates well when smoked with all those flavours coming out in the form of a very smooth, but heavy smoke. So easy to toke on and not harsh at all. Burned a clean and fluffy white ash with an oil ring, indicating a clean flush and a potent, resinous flower.
The high this MAC offers is definitely on the indica leaning side in it’s relaxing and calming effects but not heavily sedating. Instead, it was perfect for just hanging around on a lazy day with not much to do, or winding down in the evening. It also offered an upbeat and euphoric high that lasted a decent amount of time. A great example of an organic craft grow that can be super tasty without sacrificing potency.

Final Notes
True Craft Cannabis is an organic, premium, boutique craft producer, with all operations from the grow, the packaging, and the shipping coming directly from them. I can definitely tell that there was time, love, and care put into this MAC. It’s clearly evident when handled, smelled, and smoked. Just clean and effective medicine. I would love to try some of the other strains as there are some really cool and unique genetics on the site as well. I also communicated with them through Instagram quite a bit and got met with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. Definitely a great first experience, all around.

Flower :
Wish Mount...ain
https://i.imgur.com/3ujIaUb.jpg
Never heard of this strain before but it sounds like something interesting, which is part of the reason I got it. It’s a cross of Afghani × Appalachia. Bag appeal is decent with some medium sized nugs that are both sticky and fluffy. The removal of a few leaves would surely make these buds look better. Still fairly caked in trichs though with many orange hairs.
I was surprised by the smell and flavour profile as it’s super unique, with a mix of herbs and berries, accompanied by notes of roasted nuts and honey. Earthy and hashy as well especially on the exhale, producing a fairly smooth smoke that burns a salt and pepper ash. Didn’t think I was going to enjoy the flavour at first but it strangely grew on me.
The high is seems to be a nice balance between sativa and indica effects. A calming and spacey head high followed by a relaxing body buzz. Not the best for trying to focus or multitask as it can make for quite a distracting and hazy high as well. Little bit of a burn out as well as the buzz wears off.
Concentrates :
Qush Sugarwax
https://i.imgur.com/OIgQq9M.jpg
Looks a bit more like a live resin than sugar wax and different than the picture they used. This one is more creamy while the picture is more solid and grainy. Regardless, it has a nice butterscotch colour and consistency, and very enjoyable.
A cross between pre 98 bubba kush and space queen and packs a very pungent but sweet aroma right after opening the lid. The flavours are even more pronounced with a mix of kush and a certain skunky funk. Also some fruity undertones that are noticed even more at lower temps.
The high goes straight to the head at first I found. Very cloudy and spaced out type of buzz that eventually spreads to the body as well. Relaxing and couch locking and had me feeling quite lazy. Not the type of stuff to smoke if you want to stay active as this is a lounge around at home type of high.
**Animal Cookies Budder**
https://i.imgur.com/i2qIHsK.jpg
A cross between girl scout cookies and fire og with a very nice appearance and texture, like a cookie dough. Has a soft and fluffy consistency that is easy to work with and my dab tool slices through it like butter.
The flavour is exactly what I expected based on the cross; the sweet and citrusy side of the cookies combined with sour and earthy traits from the OG. Almost no residue left in the banger and it was very smooth.
Really found it to be quite the heavy couch locking high. Lazy and sluggish and didn’t really feel like being too active afterwards. Very potent as well and lasted a good amount of time. Really enjoyed this budder again and it’s quite similar to the first batch.
Rockstar Shatter
https://i.imgur.com/WKrtzLX.jpg
This light amber coloured shatter was pull and snap with a malleable texture vs glassy with a traditonal shatter texture. I actually prefer it this way as I find it easier to work with.
At lower to medium temperature, it was decently smooth. Not extremely terpy but the flavours of pine and gas are still there and fill the room with that recognizable rockstar aroma.
Relaxing and mellow high, not too overpowering or sedating, with a nice creeper type buzz and couch lock to follow.

https://i.imgur.com/mFtT3yz.jpg

I’ve had plenty different looking lindsay ogs, but never one that looked like this. Bushy but dense buds that are forest green in color with plenty of dark, rustic red hairs. Fantastic trich coverage all throughout, making it real sticky and greasy/resinous. Only qualm would be the trim as it could’ve been done a bit better but not really a biggie.
The nose is definitely lindsay alright, wreaking of pungent gas and earthy pine. Tastes just like it smells, producing a very dank smoke which is thick and hard hitting. Might warrant a cough or two but for the most part some clean stuff as it burns a light salt and pepper ash.
A very stoney high that hits hard right after the first toke, producing a strong euphoric head buzz. Potent and heavy effects that slowly start to drift off into a calming and relaxing body high. One of my favorite indicas as I can still enjoy it in the daytime without feeling too sedated or burned out. And it’s from the town of Lindsay ON so that’s always cool.
Zombie OG
-
https://i.imgur.com/HXdNc0a.jpg
-
Zombie OG, not to be confused with Zombie Kush, as this one is a cross of classic OG Kush × Blackberry, and is one of my favourite OG’s by far. These buds were super dense and solid and absolutely caked in and out. Very recognizable zombie og appearance with it’s pale shades of green to compliment it’s orange hairs. Nice and sticky as well and the type to form to the paper and roll itself.
Love the profile of this strain with it’s delicate aromas of sweet pine and earth. Also something that reminds me of a sweet and rich type of sandalwood. When smoked it’s very similar with a thick and creamy smoke that produces a clean white ash. Also burns slow with a resinous oil ring and remained smooth and tasty throughout.
It’s a 90/10 indica and the effects very much reflect that, starting with a wave of relaxation that lure you into the couch where you probably will stay. Not mentally sedating at first, and quite the thought provoking high, but definitely had me feeling sleepy once the effects really took hold. This along with the Lindsay OG were my 2 favourites being an obvious OG lover.
Moby Dick
-
https://i.imgur.com/tdU6YGF.jpg
-
This is such an underrated strain that I rarely ever see as often as I used to. This one from JustCannabis came in a typcial sativa structure, sporting a healthy shade of green with substantial amounts of orange hairs and milky trichs. Buds are more dense than fluffy, and trimmed fairly neatly with minimal leaf and moderately sticky within.
The terp profile is just like every good Moby I’ve ever had, and always reminding of cola bottle candies. Pretty much what I always associate with this smell, along with notes of zesty citrus and spice. Very flavourful when smoked as well, with rich citrusy and vanilla tones with a subtle peppery finish. Burns clean and smooth, producing an almost white ash in a bong.
I’ve grown very fond of the high this one brings, as it seems like a mashup of every effect you can think of. Heady/spacey and euphoric, as well as uplfiting, making for a great picker upper. Some energetic effects too as it had me emptying the dishwasher early in the am. Slowly drifts off into a relaxing body buzz, but no sedation whatsoever. I’d love to have an oz of this stuff.
Love Potion #1
-
https://i.imgur.com/y412hFF.jpg
-
I don’t know what it is but Love Potion#1 seems to be super popular and around a lot as of late. No complaints here as I absolutely love the strain and it’s effects. This particular one came in very skinny, long buds, that fox tail towards the tip. Quite frosty and sticky and trimmed very well. I did find a few premature seeds, about 4 in total in 2 grams.
The aroma on this one is very citrusy and zesty, with a tangy and almost cheesy finish. It’s funky and pungent for a sativa and translates to taste quite accurately. Flavours of citrus and spice and burns a nice light coloured ash. Smooth on the lungs and exhale.
Uplifting and euphoric effects, just as expected from a good sativa, with a very spacey and hazy head high. Also a tingly and warm body buzz sensation. Not a focused type high at all but instead one that makes you want to be active and social. Actually got stronger with time in a bit of a creeper fashion and lasted a decent amount of time.
Pineapple Express
-
https://i.imgur.com/bZ9gPld.jpg
-
It’s been a while since I had Pineapple Express. There seems to be two forms of this strain, one with fluffier and looser, sativa like buds, and the other with dense and tight, indica shaped nuggets. This one seems to be the latter, as these sticky buds came more on the dense side, sporting a neat trim with many orange hairs and visible trichs. Some leaf but more of the sugar leaf variety.
The aroma this one produces is very sweet and tropical with citrusy and pineapple notes. Reminds me of some tropic thunder I have. Tastes quite the same too with an earthy and peppery citrus aftertaste, only not as sweet. Burns fairly well with a salt and pepper ash, though not as smooth as I’d like it to be as it can be a tad acrid on the throat but not harsh on the lungs as there is a difference.
A hybrid type high that is very typical of Pineapple Express, producing a mix of perfectly balanced head and body effects. Also a social and functional high that leans on the sativa side, but still leaving you relaxed like an indica. A potent daytime strain and I find it to be consistently enjoyable.
Blackberry Kush
-
https://i.imgur.com/UDVBATx.jpg
-
This was a very unique looking bud, with a mix of orange and yellow hairs, and a few subtle purple streaks. A fair amount of crystals and minimal leaf. The appearance looks like the bud is fluffy but it was more on the dense side, being moderately sticky when breaking it apart.
The aroma isn’t as loud or pungent than other kushes but is a very pleasant one none the less, with notes of sweet kush and subtle berries. It was extremely smooth to smoke in a joint or bong, with flavours of sweet berries and earthy diesel. Burned a very clean white ash.
I did not expect the high this stuff was going to deliver and it was in the form of an incredibly relaxing and couch locking stone. The description for it is definitely accurate and a little goes a long way with too much making you sleepy starting with heavy eyes and constant yawning. Would be a good idea smoking this one when there is nothing physical to do or before bed.

**Final Notes**
My final conclusion is that JustCannabis definitely has some decent flower to offer and what impressed me most is they all burned either white ash or light grey. The standouts for me were the Lindsay OG and Zombie OG but the sativa lover in me also enjoyed the Moby very much. They could perhaps work on the pricing system on the site as it can be a bit confusing and that would be my only slight criticism. Besides that, everything else was on point as well as the communication and shipping.

One of my favorite indicas as I can still enjoy it in the daytime without feeling too sedated or burned out. And it’s from the town of Lindsay ON so that’s always cool.
Zombie OG

Moby Dick

Pink Goo

Pink Goo was named after it’s resinous & gooey texture/appearance, and rightfully so, this bud is exactly that. Dense and frosty, this purple hued, 4g nug has a neat trim and covered in greasy trichomes and orange hairs. Very sticky to break apart as you need some elbow grease to get the grinder turning.
The aroma coming off this one gets stronger and hits you in waves, with sweet notes of gas followed by a delicate vanilla floralness. Virtually the same on exhale with a subtle earthy finish. Thick smoke although very easy on the lungs, burning a very light grey ash. Super enjoyable in a joint with a slow burn and the taste of gasoline sits heavy on the tastebuds.
I’m a real fan of the high. Calming and relaxing, providing a blissful body buzz with euphoric effects. Not much of a sleeper but can be due to the high potency. Pretty comparable to an indica like violator as it’s a good daytime indica that still leaves you quite functional, physically and mentally. Really loved this one.
Greasy Skunk
-
https://i.imgur.com/imeG7sH.jpg
-
A cross between Grease Monkey x Lemon Skunk, this one checkmarks all the boxes. Sticky and partially dense with tons of reddish orange hairs that pertude through it’s thick blanket of frosty trichs. Trimmed really nice too with minimal leaf, allowing the colours to really pop. Some visually stunning flower to say the least.
This stuff just wreaks, from the moment you open the bag to even after you’ve jarred it. Pungent notes of sweet and musky skunk with underlying hints of citrus, berries, and diesel. Just as pronounced when smoked, producing a very dank and flavorful smoke. Crazy smooth through both bong and joint, leaving behind a light grey ash.
Far more potent than your typical sativa as one bong hit felt like three. Strong heady effects to go along with a social and uplifting buzz. Bit of a relaxing body high too but not a disabling one. I would love to have this as a daily smoke and props to the growers at Sauce House.

This has to be the biggest bud I’ve had in recent memories. And it’s a beautiful one at that! Classic sativa looking structure with a ton of hairs throughout. Quite frosty as well and just a little leaf here and there. Semi fluffy but you can also feel the weight of this bud in your hand. It made a loud and clean snap when I broke the nug apart and the texture is not overly sticky nor dry.
A very pungent and terpy profile especially when ground up with aromas of citrus and spices and a gentle skunky scent that lingers. Tastes just as it smells with a smooth smoke that burns a very light coloured ash. Tried a lot of love potions lately and this one seems to have the most in depth and complex profile. It was also grown in house by Sauce House themselves like the other strains which is even more impressive.
The high is extremely floaty and spacey feeling. I’ve smoked it a few times now and it always hits me hard and fast, going straight to the head. It also has very uplifting characteristics, making it perfect for daytime use and staying functional, but definitely not something to smoke and just sit around stationary.
Lemon Sour Diesel
-
https://i.imgur.com/vpt8Q58.jpg

Always have loved any diesel strains like I usually point out in my reviews. For nostalgic reasons and the effects of course. This lemon sour diesel came in one large, plump, semi-fluffy bud, with clusters of orange hairs throughout. Sporting an impeccable trim and I couldn’t spot one single leaf. Moderately sticky and breaks up very fluffy in the grinder.
An unmistakable aroma as soon as you go in for a smell. Sharp and zesty notes of citrus and lemon with diesel undertones. A bit of an earthy finish as well. The flavour when smoked was also similar, with subtle notes of sweet and sour citrus/lemon. Not really harsh but a sharp and accrid smoke like I mostly find with diesels. Burns on the salt and pepper side.
The onset of effects are almost instant, starting with a surging head buzz and the pressure behind the eyes feel. Almost hard to focus at first but once the high settles in it becomes very relaxing and more of a body stone. Found it to be a great mood lifting strain as well with it’s sativa leaning effects.

Everything I tried was of great quality, properly flushed, and fresh. I’ll even most likely be placing an order shortly for some of my favourites in this lineup.

Double Barrel OG

Never heard of this strain, which is a cross of White Fire OG x Raskals OG Kush, but it’s named fittingly as it definitely hits like a double barrel shotgun. The nugs are real sticky & dense with plenty of greasy trichs and darker orange hairs. Bit of leaf here and there but nothing too substantial given it’s a kush. Quite sticky and needed to use the grinder on this one.
The aroma coming off these buds are a combination of pungent gas with diesel and earthy notes. Bit of a pine in there too with very familiar and plesant og aromas. Translates really well to taste with an earthy and kushy exhale that is quite gassy. Fairly smooth for such a thick and heavy smoke, although it does pack a punch to the chest. Burns pretty clean though, leaving behind a light gray ash.
The high hits hard and hits quick, specifically behind the eyes, producing a real pressure and tingliness. Really does the name justice. Heady and uplfiting too with a relaxing, yet functional body buzz. Quite the potent stuff and I can smoke this during the day with out a problem as it’s not much of a sedating smoke. Wicked strain that I would seek out to try again in the future.

Haven’t had a chance to try this strain before but for the most part it seems like a concoction of northern lights as it contains at least 4 phenos in it’s genetics. They are all involved through it’s lineage as it includes afghani, hashplant, northern lights and Canadian Ortega. This bud came in a conical structure, sporting deep purple hues with reddish orange hairs. Slightly dense and frosty, with a nice stickiness all throughout. Trim is decent too with majority of its leaf being at the base.
A nose and taste that is real similar to a death bubba in my opinion. Pungent and kushy with notes of earth and spice. Real pleasant, as is the exhale, which leaves a sweet kushy and earthy flavour on the pallet. Thick smoke but real smooth and easy on the lungs. Burns clean too with a light grey ash.
The high is straight indica leaning, bringing on a wave of relaxation with some headiness. Very calming too with a lazy and numbing couch lock that you can’t seem to fight off. Couple bong hits in and I feel like I can doze off as soon as my head touches a pillow. Loved this for night time and it’s effectively sedative.

For so long I’ve been wanting to try Skookum Charlie and this batch from MJE did not disappoint. A dangerous sounding cross between LSD OG and Green Crack. These sticky buds look spectacular, having crazy amounts of full trichome heads to go along with tons of purple streaks and orange hairs. Slightly dense too, sporting a neat and tight trim.
The smell of this stuff is very lemony and citrusy with a bit of a skunky funk that lingers well over time and hits you in subtle waves after grinding. Flavorful and clean as well, producing a sweet/fruity and skunky, smoke that burns a lighter colored ash.
I love the high this strain produced and it hit pretty quick, resulting in a heavy cerebral buzz followed by a relaxing body stone. Well balanced effects that lean on the sativa side. It’s also quite potent and tends to make one’s mind wander. Some thought provoking flower that’s perfect for daytime use.

This love potion had more of a plump appearance and on the denser side rather than the typical sativa long and conical structure. Also came just bit compressed making it look tighter than it probably should. Forest green in colour with a ton of winding orange hairs. Not dry or sticky but after cracking the buds open they seem to be a tad on the matured or older side with a yellowish appearance.
The smell and flavour don’t seem to be affected as there are still notes of spice and citrus but a little underwhelming. Also a bit harsher than I’d like despite burning a very light ash. This is the only strain I tried I wasn’t too fond of to be honest.
Potency was also decent as the rush of sativa effects kick in quickly in the form of a buzzing and hazy head high, with euphoric body effects as well. The only thing stopping me from fully enjoying this strain was the freshness and the Skookum Charlie was a much better sativa in every way.

I didn’t feel much off the 150 except a very calming effect when combined with what I smoked, while my friend felt the effects much more, with a buzzing and couch locking body stone. The chocolate also tasted very good and you can tell it was quality milk chocolate like a Hershey bar. Also very little aftertaste of weed.

Do Si Dos

Seen a few reviews about this Do Si Dos around and I would have to agree with them in that this was a great smoke. The buds have a very greasy and resinous look to them and covered in trichs. Forest green in colour with dark orange hairs and a very good trim. Sticky within and and easy to roll joints with as it forms to the paper with ease.
I mainly get a dominantly gassy aroma right off the bat with this Do Si Dos. When ground up it transforms into a sweet/citrus gassyness with undertones of earth and pine. Translates accurately to taste with a heavy and thick smoke that can be a bit overwhelming if you take a big hit. Burns very slow leaving a light grayish ash behind.
A potent cross of girl scout cookies and face off OG. Definitely a strain that’s has indica leaning effects but not right away, as it first starts off with a powerful head surging high. Almost acts as a creeper that gets noticeably stronger throughout the session until you feel completely relaxed and sunken into place. Effective and enjoyable.
Romulan
-

This Romulan was absolute fire and it made me remember how much I loved the strain. First, the buds were absolutely covered in sticky trichomes that clung to the fingers. Tight structure with forest green colours and subtle purple hues and sporting a neat trim. Very sticky and gooey within as well with a great moisture level.
The smell upon opening the bag was overwhelming and just stunk of pungent and dank gas. The type that stings the nostrils at first. Also some notes of pine and earth making for one of my favourite profiles. Translates to taste quite accurately with a flavour that’s just as heavy. Not the typical Romulan I’ve had in the past that had some sweet and woody traits but instead just straight gas and pine. Thick but smooth smoke that leaves a pleasant taste behind and burns a light grey ash.
Decided to smoke this one on my day off in the early afternoon and it got my friend and I completely stoned. Almost an old-school type of high. Very floaty and euphoric, and munchies like crazy. A relaxing body buzz creeps in eventually and left me tired and lazy. Perfect for a day off or before bed, and the potency is very evident with this Romulan.

Love potion has quickly become a favorite and I would gladly recommend this to any sativa lover. Beautifully caked buds that are uniformly long and spherical structured and trimmed rather nicely. Very healthy and sticky with tons of orange hairs and milky white trichs. Fantastic bag appeal without a doubt.
The aroma and taste follows suit, producing overpowering notes of pungent and zesty citrus, almost like an orange rind. Pretty funky too with underlying hints of cheesy tang. Really makes for a flavorful smoke, leaving a peppery citrus coating on the pallet. Smooth as well, burning a salt and pepper ash.
A high that is real sativa driven, producing a strong buzzing head stone with uplifting and energetic effects. No apparent burnout whatsoever and kept me going all morning. Great day time smoke with a little more potency then your average sativa with it’s classic lineage of G13 × Colombian Gold.
Bruce Banner OG
-
https://i.imgur.com/UO21Yxr.jpg

Bruce Banner is such a distinctive and aromatic strain that I won’t ever get tired of. Not too many gassy and hard hitting sativa hybrids but this is one. These dense buds were very greasy and frost and trimmed perfectly. Plenty of thin orange hairs and purple hues as well. Very sticky and resinous to the touch when broken up.
The nose and taste are both real pronounced, with strong gassy notes of diesel followed by an underlying berry sweetness. Stinks up the room quite effectively. Very terpy and mouthwatering stuff that can be a bit of a choker as it’s a heavy and thick smoke. Burns very slow and oily with the ash a bit on the darker grey side
Effective and quick hitting high starting with a heavy head stone, while leaving you relaxed yet functional. A great all around high that lasts for a decent while too and is a significant step up from the typical sativa-hybrid.
Lemon Sour Diesel
-

-
Classic sativa strain that has always been a favourite especially since I love anything diesel like I’ve mentioned in the past. These dense buds of Lsd are of a healthy, light green colour, and coated in both trichomes and hairs. Very tight trim as well with a sticky texture when handling and breaking apart the buds.
The aroma is incredibly zesty with loud terps of lemon/citrus and diesel with subtle earthy undertones. Reminds me of a lemon cough drop. When smoked, the citrus is also there with strong diesel flavours but remains smooth on the exhale and burns a salt and peppery ash.
One of the best wake and bake or daytime highs for staying functional and creative as most diesel strains are. Very much a full on head type high with minimal body effects. A good mood lifting strain as well with no burn out afterwards.
Gelato THCA Diamonds

These Gelato THCA diamonds are a new product in stock and the appearance on the site is how it is actually looks. Comes in one clump of diamonds and my picture is after it’s been split apart. Very hard in texture like a rock candy so just have to be careful when trying to break a piece for a dab. Probably easier to handle when added to a sauce.
I tried it as is in the picture and it was one of the smoothest dabs I’ve done. (lower-medium temp). Just a tiny piece produced a good amount of clouds and no harshness at all. Very little residue left in the banger that was light yellow and clear in colour.
A subtle taste of sweet berries and an instantaneous head high after the first exhale. I could instantly tell that that these diamonds have a potent kick to them. I only did 2 small dabs and I was where I wanted to bewith, with a spacey and powerful, stoney type high.

Do Si Dos
-
https://i.imgur.com/DB7N1tW.jpg
-
Seen a few reviews about this Do Si Dos around and I would have to agree with them in that this was a great smoke.
Romulan
-
https://i.imgur.com/xtdyCCJ.jpg
-
This Romulan was absolute fire and it made me remember how much I loved the strain.
Love Potion #1
-
https://i.imgur.com/CdN7uNd.jpg
-
Love potion has quickly become a favorite and I would gladly recommend this to any sativa lover.

Mendoc...ino Purple
-
https://i.imgur.com/OKnS6M1.jpg

This was such a beautiful and unique looking bud with it’s lovely mix of colours. Appropriate for the month as well as it reminded me of Halloween. Forest greens complimented by shades of dark purple and thick orange hairs that vibrantly pop in contrast and are visible right to the core of the bud. Not overly dense or fluffy but somewhere in between, being sticky to break apart, and sporting a very tight trim.
The nose is what I would describe as ’nutty’ with a pleasant, almost roasted or baked goods type of smell. Also some subtle undetones of sweet pine. Translates nicely and very smooth when smoked with some added hints of sweet berries and a slight woody finish. Burns on the lighter grey side.
An almost instant change of mood effects right after the initial few tokes. Uplifting and elevating body and head high, with an overall relaxed and chill vibe. Seems very balanced and also potent. My favourite of all the strains along with the Tangerine dream.
Blackberry Cookies
-
https://i.imgur.com/zb6XQ3Z.jpg

Not sure what the genetics are of this strain but I’m guessing blackberry og x gsc or one of it’s phenos. The bag appeal is there with sticky & chunky buds that are both frosty and neatly trimmed with little sugar leaf and plenty of amber trichs. Nice colors too with purple streaks going all throughout the buds.
This stuff is quite terpy and certainly smells/tastes like a combo of blackberries and cookies. Really sweet and savory, with notes of cookies and sweet berries that reach a slight sourness on the exhale. A joy to smoke as it’s easy on the lungs and burn a salt and pepper ash in a bong.
The high is very typical of anything cookies I’ve ever tried. Heady and relaxing with uplifting and euphoric effects. Pretty decent couch lock too but won’t tire you out too much, making it an ideal afternoon smoke.
Tangerine Dream
-
https://i.imgur.com/tEs8IVi.jpg
-
Been a while since I had tangerine dream. A cross of G13, Afghani, and Nevilles A5 Haze, and surprisingly no Blue Dream. This one from TGA came as a real dense and sticky bud, sporting a tight, neat trim, covered in a layer of trichomes. Tough to pry apart the sticky buds but still snapped nicely indicating a good moisture level.
The aroma this one produces is very pronounced with notes of sweet and tangy citrus with a peppery finish. Very flavorful on exhale with a tangy and herbal aftertaste. Kind of reminds me of celery for some reason and the people smoking with me at the time agreed lol. Pretty smooth though, even with it’s thick smoke, as well as clean burning, producing a lighter ash in a bong.
The buzz is fairly potent, bringing on a heavy cerebral high with uplifting effects, followed by a lazy body stone. A real balanced, jack of all trades type of high if you will. I enjoyed this one the most along with the Mendocino Purple.
Wedding Cake
-
https://i.imgur.com/YOSrVlx.jpg
-
All kinds of colours going on here on this Wedding Cake, with light and dark greens and even some yellows and purples. Kind of all blends together with a frosty blanket of trichomes. Very sticky to the touch and a tight bud structure with a minimal amount of leaf.
The profile on this wedding cake is more on the gassy side with not much of a sweet/vanilla to it until broken up. Also some floral and earthy undertones as well, giving it a mix of sweet and rich gassy goodness that translates well when smoked. Burns a salt and pepper ash with a thick and creamy smoke.
Has the perfect mix of hybrid effects that are just made for relaxing throughout the day or to cap one off. Very euphoric and floaty high but also calming. Potent and lasted a decent while as well.
Blue Dream
-
https://i.imgur.com/IKI2Jvf.jpg

Very impressive looking bud. This actually looks like some purple dream I’ve had in the past, having a substantial amount of trichomes and purple streaks. Buds are sticky and plump with a decent trim, having some sugar leaf here and there. Still probably one of the better looking blue dreams I’ve seen.
Strong notes of blueberry sweetness with a bit of subtle earth and spice. Very pleasant and aromatic. The smell translates fairly well to the taste, with a sweet berry exhale that’s smooth but can tickle the sinusus. Burns pretty clean however, leaving a lighter gray ash behind.
The effects this one provides is very heady and mellow, as well as uplifting. Slight body buzz as well but an engaging one, being a great smoke for gaming, movies, or anything social.
Blueberry Cheesecake
-
https://i.imgur.com/kWejhZN.jpg

This blueberry cheesecake is a pleasant cross between big buddha cheese and blueberry. Has a little more sugar leaf than I’d like but nothing crazy. Looks like theres real potential however, from the healthy shades of purples/greens, to the amount of full trich heads. Good humidity as well as these nugs are fairly sticky and difficult to pry apart.
The nose and taste are on the subtle side, providing a generic sweetness with hints of berry. Bit of a bitterness on the exhale, which my guess comes from the big buddha cheese. Pretty smooth on the lungs though burning a salt and pepper ash.
The high is very hybrid like and balanced, producing uplifting and euphoric effects with a slight cerebral head buzz. Calming and relaxing too, but still remains functional.
Purple Urkle
-
https://i.imgur.com/2EewmBw.jpg

This was a very alien looking version of Purple Urkle and I don’t think I’ve ever had something with this bud structure. A vibrant sea of curly orange hairs that blanketed the deep purple hues beneath. The only green on this bud was the stem and the bit of visible leaf. Quite fluffy with a moderate moisture level, not being sticky nor dry.
The nose is a mix of rich berries and herbs. Reminds me of a red wine in a way. Gets more fruity upon grinding with some subtle peppery notes as well. The flavour is slightly muted in comparison to the smell, with hints of sweet berries and herbs. It smoked rather smooth, burning a salt and pepper ash.
Found it to have a very relaxing and calming high with a tingly body buzz that kicked in quickly. Wouldn’t classify it as a knockout indica but it definitely had me feeling tired and lazy after smoking.
Diamond OG
-

-
Loved the look of this Diamond OG. Dense and tight nug structure, with a very frosty coating of trichs. A mix of lighter greens, with pale orange hairs and just a tiny amount of leaf near the base of the bud. Sticky to the touch as well when broken up.
The nose was a combination of sweet pine and citrus with a certain herbal muskyness. The taste was very similar with subtle woody undertones and burned a salt and pepper ash. Was quite smooth as well.
A winding down, end of the day type smoke as it leaves you in complete relaxation, physically and mentally. Found it to be a bit of a creeper as well only making me lazier as time went on. Traditional indica high that did the job.
Green Crack
-
https://i.imgur.com/KLtoILm.jpg
-
Green Crack is my go to strain when I want my high to act like an energy drink. This one came sticky and frosty with a plethora of thin orange hairs. Very vibrant looking, although not the greatest of trims as theres some extra leaf/sugar leaf.
The smell and taste is classic green crack. Peppery and herbal with spicy and earthy undertones. Really leaves a peppery/herbal tang on the exhale, and like most green cracks I’ve tried, it can be kind of a rougher smoke. Clean burning though, leaving behind a very light grey ash.
The high this one produces is a very uplifting and energetic one, leaving you completely engaged and functional. An invigorating buzz with no real burn out, making it a perfect day time smoke.

These gummies were really tasty and great for micro dosing at 25mg per piece. They taste decent too with not that much of an overwhelming flavour of cannabis. I was also informed that the packaging would be upgraded to a pouch style baggie so thought I should mention that. I ate a pack at once as I have a higher edible tolerance and usually need 200mg to feel a good buzz. After taking 150mg I felt a very relaxing body high but not too overpowering. Gave me a mean case of the munchies too.

Hindu Kush

htt...ps://i.imgur.com/lCHXkNF.jpg
-
Seems like a good Hindu Kush is hard to come by, or any Hindu Kush for that matter. This was a great example of the strain and it’s probably my favourite of all of the ones I tried. One beefy and dense nug weighing close to 4 grams, sporting a tight trim with an abundance of sticky trichome heads. Lovely colors too with the purples and rustic orange hairs forming a nice contrast.
I love this type of terpene profile. It’s quite complex and takes a few sniffs to get a full idea of it’s nature, with notes of sweet earth and creamy hash. Very pleasant and delicate, almost like a type of chocolate coco. Tastes very much the same when smoked, offering a super smooth smoke and producing a very light ash bordering on white but can also differ depending on the papers I was using.
The high is very potent with strong indica leaning effects that creep up and get stronger with time. Calming and relaxing with a gentle worry-free head buzz. Good body lock too as it can leave you feeling pretty floaty. There’s a reason this strain is used in so many amazing crosses and this was a real enjoyable evening smoke.
NYC Diesel
-
https://i.imgur.com/TRXurzu.jpg
-
As a fan of diesel strains I haven’t really ever come across NYC Diesel till now. The buds are sticky and medium in size displaying some healthy and lively colors. Tons of long orange hairs accompanied by a nice coating of trichomes as well. A little leaf here and there but for being part of the budget options I’d consider it a good grab.
The aroma coming off these buds are quite sweet and citrusy with notes of diesel fuel. Virtually the same on the exhale with a diesel dominance followed by a very subtle tinge of what tastes like lime. Very smooth and clean, burning a lighter ash.
The effects hit hard and quick, producing a buzzing head high to go along with uplifting and euphoric effects. Quite the mood lifting strain that’s good for social environments and being active throughout the day.
Blue Cheese
-
https://i.imgur.com/Pa2zcA3.jpg
-
Decent bag appeal for a cheese strain which sometimes can be scrappy looking. Small to medium sized nugs that are sticky and moderately caked. Neatly trimmed too with not much leaf and plenty of long and winding orange hairs.
Every time I’ve had blue cheese it stunk like a pungent blue cheese or feta. Not the case with this one as it had more of a gentle, sweet and woodsy profile with a creamy berry-ness to it. The cheese only becomes noticeable when broken up but even then it’s subtle. The taste is slightly muted on the exhale with a very very faint blueberry undertone. Really seems to be the only knock on this one, and not even a big one given it’s budget price tag. Other than that there’s some decent value here.
The high goes straight to the head and is also quite euphoric with a strong, relaxing body buzz. Real good for watching movies and gaming as you’re couch locked but mentally focused.
Diamond OG
-
https://i.imgur.com/rXnaLdx.jpg
-
This is a strain I always forget about, and only really had it once. Not too sure if it’s a cross, or pheno of OG kush, but it definitely shares it’s characteristics. Medium sized wholesome nugs that are trimmed rather neatly with the majority of it’s leaf being at the base. The colors really pop as the green and purple hues are complimented nicely by the dark orange hairs. Fairly frosty as well and sticky when breaking it apart.
The nose is a little underwhelming at first with subtle hints of woodsy pine and earth. Greatly improves once ground up with notes of light citrus/lemon and sweet pine that translate well over to the taste. Not the most dankest of flavours but it’s a very smooth smoke that burns a grayish ash.
The strong suit for me is the high. It’s a combination of heady and euphoric effects, producing a wave of relaxation and calmness after a short while. Also a body buzz that creeps in eventually, and like most OG’s can be smoked throughout the day without being heavily sedating.
Gorilla Bomb
-
https://i.imgur.com/62Tkn9i.jpg
-
Love anything crossed with gorilla glue so I was really excited for this one, with it’s other parent being THC Bomb. The bag appeal is on point as the buds have a lovely structure, sporting a nice trim with plenty of peach hued hairs. Looks on the fluffy and airy side but instead is quite dense as this nug weighed about 4 grams. Also covered in a blanket of trichomes and sticky within.
The terp profile of this strain is very pungently sweet and piney, with that peculiar glue smell, which it gets from it’s parent and can be very overwhelming. Translates nicely to the taste with a gorilla glue exhale followed by a sharp, sweet diesel finish. Fairly easy on the lungs but can be a throat tickler. Clean burning nonetheless, producing a light gray ash.
The high is sativa dominant but still holds a strong body buzz that can be quite lazy and immobilizing, probably due to the high thc. A bit heady as well but mostly calming and relaxing. Definitely on the stronger potency end of the spectrum as I didn’t need much to feel the effects.
Grapefruit
-
https://i.imgur.com/bfRSx7N.jpg
-
I’ve only had grapefruit once and it was a long time ago so I barely remember it. This is part of their 98 oz sale and the buds are all popcorn size, as advertised, sporting a slight amount of leaf, with plenty of orange hairs and frosty trichs. Came quite sticky too and formed a cluster within the baggie.
The profile is of the subtle tropical variety, having notes of sweet citrus/grapefruit with hints of spice and earth. Fairly sweet when smoked but also subtle on the exhale, with a more muted, fermented fruit and herbal/peppery aftertaste. Burns exceptionally smooth and clean, producing an almost white ash in a bong and joint.
The high is where this grapefruit stands out for me. Real uplifting, giving an almost hazy head buzz to go along with it’s energetic effects. Long lasting too as I was still feeling the buzz a couple hours later. This would be an ideal morning smoke that isn’t sedating in the least and is fairly priced for a budget option.

Can’t go wrong with some GGC for a balanced and potent hybrid and it always seems to deliver. This beautifully trimmed bud weighed almost 4 grams and displayed some really nice green and purple hues. Dense and tight structure with a sticky and gooey texture within. Tons of trichomes as well.
The aromas of this strain seem to be quite iconic and exclusive to this strain only, as I can’t recall anything that smells similar. Notes of sweet earth and herbs with a floral and woody finish. Translates well to taste with a full flavoured and thick smoke. Can be a little strong if taking a huge rip but burned ok with a light grey ash.
Probably as close as a balanced hybrid gets in terms of effects. You have the relaxing and calming body stone from the god bud, and the uplifting and stimulating heady high from the green crack. Hits quick and hard and good for mornings and afternoons especially.
Citrique

Never had this strain before, though there is something very familiar about it. Another unknown lineage that is rumoured to come from OG kush and an unknown hybrid. These buds came partially sticky and dense, displaying a healthy amount of orange hairs and trichs. A little leaf but nothing substantial.
The smell of this citrique is very sweet and peppery with a lime soda tang to it. Reminds me of lemon thai a bit as well. Just a tad less pronounced on the exhale but still tasty, with a citrus and sour lime finish and hints of herbs. Fairly smooth and clean burning leaving a light gray ash behind in the pipe.
The high feels heavier than your average sativa hybrid being a 60/40, bringing on an uplifting and cerebral buzz followed by a long and relaxing couch lock. Kind of took me by surprise as well as it had me yawning early in the afternoon.

**Final Notes**
West Coast Weeds are a new MoM that just launched a site on October 10th and fittingly at 4:20 pm lol. I tried a bunch of the strains they have on deck and was honestly impressed with some of the price points and the quality offered. Everything I received was of a fresh variety and not an old batch of flower that was sitting around. A very good experience overall, including the friendly rep I spoke with through their Instagram.

Hindu Kush

NYC Diesel

Blue Cheese

Diamond OG

Grapefruit

Orange Crush Budder

https://i.imgur.com/GjFTalg.jpg
The name is quite suitable as it almost looks like the pulp of an orange. You can tell It’s going to be some terpy budder from the aroma as soon as you move it around. Very sweet and tangy citrus taste, no sign of the parent blueberry at all as it’s dominated by zesty oranges. Smooth and easy on the lungs when dabbed and left the q tip quite clean.
Both parents, California Orange and Blueberry, are generally lower thc strains and this high felt a little mild but a very enjoyable sativa driven one at that. Just an all around happy and social high that won’t get you tired or burned out.
Animal Cookies Budder
https://i.imgur.com/3wvDJqR.jpg
A cross between girl scout cookies and fire og with a very nice appearance and texture, like a cookie dough. First time getting a budder in this colour and appearance which is what enticed me to trying it.
Really enjoyed this stuff.
Purple Trainwreck Shatter
https://i.imgur.com/OPXFh8g.jpg
Mendocino Purple × Trainwreck. This shatter is very glassy and stable and shatters with ease. A golden honey colour and transparent when held in the light.
The taste instantly reminded me of lavender with spicy and herbal undertones and was quite tasty at medium temp. I heard that lavender terpenes help aid with sleep and relaxation and I definitely felt that in the form of a euphoric and calming body buzz. Lasted a good while too after a couple of small dabs.
Flower:
Panama Red
https://i.imgur.com/1wSbR7S.jpg
Never had Panama Red before, but I’ve always heard people reference it, especially in movies and rap. From my understanding it is a pure landrace sativa that got popular in the 60’s. No idea on the genetics either. Big chunky buds that are completely littered in orange hairs. Decently trimmed and not dry nor sticky. Some leaf but nothing too substantial.
The aroma this one produces is a mix of spicy/herbal citrus with sweet undertones, almost reminds me of the smell of carrots. Translates well to the taste with a spicy herbal exhale. Maybe a little too fresh as some extra curing would do wonders. Fairly smooth and easy on the lungs however, burning a lighter gray ash.
The high is like your typical sativa but without the raciness and paranoia. Instead, you get more of a euphoric, feel-good type of high that brings on energetic bouts. Really good for work days or when you need a quick pick me up.
